Owner/Managing Broker
Chad has been the owner and managing broker since December 2017. Known for his ability to see the big picture and drive results, he motivates the team to keep moving forward while ensuring the right people are in place to support growth. The company’s exponential success is reflected in Chad’s leadership, vision, and commitment to building a strong, high-performing team. His favorite part of the job is building relationships with clients and helping them make smart real estate investment decisions. Chad is married with two daughters and is an avid golfer, hiker, and skier, and loves spending time with his family.
Kerri Campfield
Operations Manager
Kerri joined the team in July 2018 and was the first hire at Real Property Management Results! She plays an important role in keeping day-to-day operations on track. She enjoys identifying opportunities to refine procedures and improve workflows across the team.
Kerri is especially appreciated for her ability to bring clarity and structure to processes, helping create a more seamless experience for both colleagues and clients. Kerri is an active community volunteer and loves to spend time with her husband and two daughters.
Missy Gilles
Resident and Leasing Manager
Missy has been a valued member of the team since July 2019 and plays a key role in business growth and client relationships. Known for her excellent communication skills and dedication to providing outstanding service to both owners and customers, she consistently helps create positive experiences for everyone we serve.
Missy brings extensive real estate experience, having worked in the industry since 2013 and earning her realtor license in 2014, giving her strong insight into supporting property owners and investors. Missy and her husband share six children and four grandchildren, and when not hanging with her family, she likes to camp and attend sprint car races.
Ashley Elpers
Business Development and Marketing Manager
As a licensed Realtor, Ashley helps investors in Southwest Indiana grow their portfolios. She also serves as Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager and has extensive experience in real estate, leadership, and operations across corporate and investment roles. Ashley holds a Master of Health Administration and a bachelor’s degree in public relations and is active in alumni and community initiatives. Ashley is married with three kids, and when not at kids’ sporting events, she loves to do anything active outdoors.
Scott Hodoval
Maintenance Director
Scott joined the company in January 2025 and is known for his ability to multitask and manage the many demands of maintenance work. Highly competitive by nature, he brings energy and determination to every task. With extensive maintenance experience across multiple industries, Scott takes pride in resolving problems efficiently, and his favorite part of the job is helping both residents and homeowners while feeling a sense of accomplishment. When not on the golf course, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
Paola Lopez-Cruz
Leasing Specialist
Paola has been a valued member of our team since May 2022, helping residents with the leasing process from start to finish, and always with a positive attitude. Known for her quick problem-solving skills and ability to perform well under pressure, Paola is passionate about helping people find housing solutions and making what can often be a stressful process feel easier. She holds a master’s degree in administration and a bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management and brings extensive experience in customer service and leasing services to the team. When not at work, Paola spends time going to the park, beach, and traveling as much as possible with her family.
Hannah Patton
Operations Specialist
After six years managing grant-funded projects in the nonprofit sector, Hannah followed her calling into property management — bringing her organizational skills, project management experience, and passion for helping people to the team. A lifelong Evansville resident, she completed both her bachelor’s degree in health services and her master’s degree in health administration locally at the University of Southern Indiana. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her Brittany Spaniel dog and doing creative projects around the house.
Seth Pauli
Unit Turn Coordinator
An Evansville native, Seth has been with the company since April 2022 and is known for being a fast learner who isn’t afraid to ask questions to get things right. His years of maintenance experience allow him to jump in to help solve maintenance problems, along with his focus on getting properties ready and in top shape for their new residents. Seth and his girlfriend have two cats and enjoy listening to music, playing board games, and going thrifting for fun.
Norma Garcia
Maintenance Administrator
Norma has been a valued member of our team since December 2024, where she plays a key role in coordinating and managing maintenance tasks to keep our properties running smoothly. Known for her proactive approach, strong multitasking abilities, and excellent organizational skills, Norma helps ensure efficient communication and timely service for both owners and residents.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Tourism along with a Diploma in Meeting and Event Management, bringing strong coordination and customer service experience to her role. Norma likes to unwind with her family, watching movies, going for walks and doing puzzles.
Brandan Steele
Maintenance Tech
Brandan Steele is a skilled maintenance technician and proud veteran of both the U.S. Marine Corps and the U.S. Army National Guard. He has years of hands-on experience in maintenance and previously owned his own residential inspection and repair business.
Brandan is a hardworking and dependable team member who takes pride in doing the job right. He is a father of four and a grandfather of two, and he enjoys spending time with his family.
Jon Boyles
Maintenance Tech
Jon joined the company in April 2023 and is known for his exceptional ability to get things done efficiently. A proud U.S. Navy veteran who served with the Seabees on Team 7414, he brings military-trained discipline, problem-solving, and technical expertise to his work. With decades of experience in mechanical maintenance and specialized skills in welding, Jon applies his precision and reliability to every project, ensuring tasks are completed effectively. He is known for keeping things fun and lighthearted. His favorite part of the job is meeting new people and building strong connections. Jon and his wife have been married 44 years, and they share two sons, seven grandchildren, and two great granddaughters. When not spending time with his family, he enjoys riding his motorcycle.
Tom Rehl
Maintenance Tech
Tom joined the company in February 2025 and is known for his strong work ethic and dedication to every task. An All-American in track and cross country and Athletic Hall of Fame inductee from the University of Southern Indiana, he brings discipline and a team-focused mindset to his role in maintenance. Tom’s favorite part of the job? “Just about everything,” reflecting his passion for supporting the team and keeping properties in top condition. Tom is married with two adult daughters and enjoys playing with his boxer dogs and woodworking in his spare time.
Matt Williams
Maintenance Tech
Matt has a strong background in accounting, finance, construction, and property management. With experience in both commercial and residential real estate project management, he understands how to maintain properties and keep operations running smoothly.
His practical, hands-on approach and attention to detail help ensure properties are well cared for, and investments are protected. Matt brings reliable experience and problem-solving skills to every project. While not at work, Matt enjoys golfing and hanging out with his three children.
Patricia Hernandez
Resident Specialist
Patty has been with the company since November 2023, assisting residents with a variety of customer service issues, including lease renewals, pet approvals, initiating move-outs, and utility account billing changes at lease-end dates. Known for her detail-oriented approach and cheerful attitude, Patty makes every interaction smooth and positive. In her free time, Patty enjoys spending time with her daughter, staying physically active, and reading a good book.
Yadira Cortez
Resident Specialist
Yadi joined the company in July 2025 as a Resident Specialist, bringing a unique combination of efficiency and empathy to her role. She expertly balances calls, messages, and tasks while ensuring every client and resident feels supported and valued. Her favorite part of her job is seeing the pet pictures that come along with the residents’ leasing applications. Yadira is currently studying psychology. She loves going to the movies and discovering new restaurants in her free time.
